Shipping and Returns

Orders placed before noon Pacific ship the same day by USPS Priority. Delivery typically takes about three days within the United States. Lyophilized products ship at room temperature, which is standard and defensible for these materials; ice packs are available as optional peace of mind, not a cold-chain guarantee.

Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout, and it is free on orders over $200. The cost is shown before you pay, with no surprises.

Every order ships in neutral, unbranded packaging with no product or category labeling on the outside.

If a package is lost, held, or damaged in transit, we will reship it free, no questions asked. Signal absorbs the shipping risk so you never pay for a delivery failure.

Because these are research materials, all sales are final on any product that has been opened or used. If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact support@signalcompounds.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund the item.
