Signal keeps the minimum information an order requires, protects it, and never sells it. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to process, ship, and support an order: your name, shipping and billing details, contact information, and the record of what you purchased. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.

How we use it

Your information is used to fulfill and support your order, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Site analytics

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how the site is used and to fix errors. It records pages visited, actions such as adding an item to the cart, and technical details like browser and device type. If you sign in, this activity is linked to your account ID and email. Text you type into forms is masked and not recorded. Analytics data is used only to improve the site and is never sold or used for advertising.

What we never do

Customer information is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the partners required to ship your package, process your payment, and run this site's analytics, and only to the extent needed to do so.

Discreet by default

Packaging is neutral and unbranded, with no product or category labeling on the outside. Order records are handled confidentially and in line with applicable data-protection laws.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records only as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal requirements. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact support@signalcompounds.com. [Data-controller details and any region-specific rights to be completed before launch.]
